Notary Fees:

You will be charged the full amount after the completion of the appointment. This excludes any canceled appointment after the "twelve-hour" return policy.

Full refunds will be issued if appointments are canceled two hours before the scheduled appointment's day and time. Anything later than the two-hour period will receive a partial refund.
